  1. Read and understand the Bidder Registration form. It is a legally binding agreement. All purchases are “As Is Where Is” with all defaults and defects. Vicari Auction Company does not warrant or guaranty any vehicle or property and all descriptions come directly from the seller. Buyer act solely on their own judgment when bidding.

  2. All bidders must meet the requirements of the auction to participate as a Bidder. Vicari Auction does not accept bids from unregistered bidders. Complete the online Bidder registration form or print the Bidder registration, both links are at bottom of this page.

  3. Submit a copy of your driver’s license to the Vicari Auction office by email, fax or mail along with your registration fee and indicate your approved payment method. Dealer’s must submit a copy of their current dealer’s license with their registration.

  4. Buyer’s paying for purchases in cash will be authorized a bidding limit for the auction based on their cash deposit. The minimum cash deposit is $2,000 authorizing up to a $20,000 purchase. Higher bidding limits require a 10% deposit based on the value of the bidding limit requested. For example a $100,000 credit limit requires a $10,000 deposit. Unused funds will be returned to the bidder when he/she turns in all bidder badges or applied to the purchase of vehicle at the auction. Checks are not considered paying in cash, CASH ONLY.

  5. If your completed required documents are received prior to the pre-registration deadline a bidder packet will be ready for you upon your arrival at the bidder registration desk in the auction office. If your bidder package is missing your driver’s license, registration fee, applicable dealer license or approved payment method please have the missing document ready for the bidder registration assistant.

  6. A bidder badge will be assigned to the successful registered bidder. The bidder is responsible for all bids using the bidder number during the auction. If you lose or misplace any of your bidder badges notify the auction office immediately. The bidder may return all bidder badges to the auction office at the conclusion of the sale to receive their deposit return if applicable.

  7. To bid on a vehicle indicate to one of the Vicari Auction Ringmen or the auctioneer that you would like to bid. The auctioneer will be asking for a specific price. You may either accept his bidding increment or indicate to the Vicari Auction Ringman that you will bid another amount. The auction bidding process is fast, so do not wait to bid or you may miss your opportunity!

  8. When purchasing a vehicle, checks must be drawn from the US bank account specified in the bank letter of guaranty (see sample letter). If funds are not coming from a US bank, a wire transfer must be used. (There is a $50 fee for a wire transfer.) *Note: Some banks do not do a letter of guaranty, please use alternate letter (see sample)

  9. Upon a winning bid a buyer premium will be automatically added to the final price (hammer price). The buyer premium is posted in the auction office and on the bidder badge.

  10. Sales Tax is governed by the state in which the auction is conducted and may be collected at time of payment.

  11. Payment is required within one hour of purchase unless other terms have been pre-arranged.

  12. After the buyer has paid for their vehicle in the auction office, Vicari Auction will issue a gate pass for removal of the vehicle or property from the premises. If a transporter will be picking up your vehicle, please notify the office and give your gate release to the transporter/driver.

  13. All vehicles must be removed from the auction facility by 12:00 PM (noon) the day following the auction. Vehicles not removed, at Vicari Auction’s discretion, may be placed in storage at the expense of the owner.

    • Dealer Authorization to Bid: If you are a representative of the dealership and not the principal/owner.

  4. Absentee Phone Bidder Registration:
  • Fee: $100, Biloxi Cruisin’ the Coast – $150(non-refundable)

  • Buyer’s Premium: 14% of final bid price or $500 minimum on automobiles, 24% of final bid price on memorabilia

  • 20% deposit of the maximum dollar amount Bidder is willing to spend in total, must be received by Vicari Auction no later than 72 hours prior to the first day of the auction in good funds: wire transfer (There is a $50 fee for a wire transfer.), cash, certified check, or standard check (standard check and wire transfer must be accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee). Deposits not applied to a winning bid will be returned within 15 business days after the completion of the auction.

  • Payments can be made in the form of: Cash, Check, Cashier’s Check, Wire Transfer, AFC, Keesler Federal Credit Union or another financial institution approved by Vicari Auction. Check and wire transfer must be accompanied by bank letter: (see sample letter). If funds are not coming from a US bank, a $100 processing fee will be added to the wire transfer. *Note: Some banks do not do a letter of guaranty, please use alternate letter (see sample)

  • If the Absentee Bidder wins the bid, the remaining funds due to complete the transaction must be received by the approved method of payment, by Vicari Auction within 24 hours after date of purchase. If payment is not received within 48 hours after the date of purchase, a $25 processing late fee will be charged per day. Lot will not be released until payment has been received.



  1. All Absentee Bid request must be turned in 72 hours prior to auction.

  2. Absentee Bidders must be registered to bid, bids from unregistered bidders will not be taken.

  3. A copy of a valid driver’s license must be submitted with the registration form, you do not have to be a dealer to bid.

  4. Dealers must provide a copy of their Dealer’s License and Resale Tax Certificate.

  5. Absentee Bidder has undertaken to make his own examination of any lot before bidding. All purchases are “As Is Where Is”.

  6. All bids are final. If you are awarded the final bid, it’s yours. Should a buyer default upon the purchase for any reason, buyer agrees to pay Vicari Auction Company the full sum of both the Buyer’s Premium and the Seller’s Commission. The sum is due and payable without relief. There should be no deviation from this provision without the prior written consent of VAC. Buyer hereby authorizes VAC to recover lost commission, premiums or fees due to VAC should buyer default and charge this amount to buyer’s credit card on file or to recoup such commissions or fees through any other available means of payment.

  7. Buyer premiums will be added automatically to the final bid price upon settlement and payable without relief to Vicari Auctions.

  8. Sales Tax is governed by the state in which the auction is conducted and may be collected at time of payment.

  9. Absentee Bidder must be available by phone at the time of the sale. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to give a valid phone number where the bidder can be reached, if a connection is not made, it is not the responsibility of Vicari Auction, nor should they be held liable. If for any reason a Bidder cannot be reached, and there is a set limit to the requested lot, Vicari Auction will place bids on the behalf of the Bidder.

  10. The Absentee Bidder can control the bid by phone, or Vicari Auction will place the bid for the Bidder up to the amount for the items approved by Bidder on the signed Absentee Bidder form.

  11. All purchased items must be picked up within 24 hours after payment has been received.

Titles:
  • Once you have purchased a car at the auction, we must process the titles accordingly and will mail them to you within 15 business days after the auction. You must give us an address in which an adult will be there to accept the package, we do not accept P.O. Boxes. If your package is undeliverable, you can contact Fed Ex and ask them to hold the package at the nearest pick-up location. We are not responsible for address mistakes, please check your Buyer’s Agreement carefully before leaving the auction site to ensure correct mailing information.

  • If you purchased a vehicle with a “Title in Transit” stamped on your Buyers Agreement, it will be mailed to you via Fed Ex once we receive it, it may take several weeks for us to receive the title and process it.

  • Depending on the year of the vehicle, not all states issue titles. In this case, the vehicle registration or tag receipt will replace the title.

  • The buyer has 15 days from the date the title was received to review the title and paperwork for the lot that was purchased. After 15 days any additional paperwork needed or duplicated will be charged a processing fee.


Wiring Funds Information:
  1. All wired funds must be wired within two (2) business days from the date of purchase for any Lot # purchased at Vicari Auction.

  2. If you have opted to wire funds, a cashier will give you a Wire Agreement upon checkout. This agreement will provide you with all the information to provide to your bank.
