· Option 1 LETTER OF GUARANTY
Vicari does not accept copies of bank statements or Verification of Deposit letters as a Letter of Guaranty. Letter must be written on bank letterhead and reference Vicari Auction Company and the dates of the auction as shown is the sample letter format. Checks for vehicle purchase(s) must be drawn from the account that appears on the Bank Letter of Guaranty. Vicari will NOT accept checks written against funds from another bank or investment account.
· Option 2 WIRE TRANSFER
“Bidders using non-US bank accounts or individuals planning to wire US funds to pay for vehicle purchase(s). Letters must be written on bank letterhead using the format shown here. Wire transfer must be on the next business day following the auction.
· Option 3 CASH and/or CASHIER’S CHECK(s)
made payable to Vicari Auction Company. Requires deposit of $2,000 cash. If a vehicle is purchased, you will be required to pay balance in cash and/or cashier’s check. Checks are NOT an acceptable form of payment with this method without a Bank Letter of Guaranty. You can use a combination of a cashier’s check and cash. A lot of people prefer to do this instead of carrying around a lot of cash. Whatever the difference is in the purchase over the amount of your cashier’s check, you pay the remainder in cash. Deposits are refundable without purchase.
· Option 4 FINANCE
A very fast and convenient option for Bidders to obtain collector car financing. Get approved today!
*Payment is required for each vehicle purchased on the day of the sale. The Buyer’s Premium is calculated and added to the Hammer Price. As the buyer, you are responsible for payment of this premium as well as all applicable fees and taxes at the time of payment.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR DEALERS:
If you are a dealer we will need a copy of your current dealer license AND a copy of your current state resale/tax ID. The following additional information is required:
· DEALER VERIFICATION
If your your name is NOT listed on the Dealer License or state resale/tax ID, but are the principal/owner of the dealership.
· DEALER AUTHORIZATION
If you are a representative of the dealership and not the principal/owner.
