Car originally purchased in Oregon by Mickey Lolich when he signed as a pitcher for the Detroit Tigers.
Vehicle was sold to his parents
frame-on restoration in 1996 in Michigan
428ci motor w/ the 421 badges
also got a custom paint job, a modern AM/FM radio was installed in the glove box, and a electric antenna and trunk opener installed
The motor was rebuilt in 2008 and a 4 speed 4L60E automatic transmission was installed
The wiring was replaced and gauges made to work properly (expect the clock and original radio).
Front disc brakes were also added
Car was completely reworked to insure dependable cruising
New 15" tires and wheels were added 1,500 miles ago
Also includes the original 14" wheel and caps, along with touch-up paint
PHS paperwork and owner's manual are also included
Since 1996, this car has been stored and covered in a heated garage.
Engine is a 1968 428.bored.030
Steel crank and rods, forged pistons
